So who, exactly, are these artists?
Founded by sisters Kaabia and Sasha Grewal in 2012, Outhouse quickly grew to become one of the leading bridge jewelry houses in India. Already, the jewelry designer has had four shows at Lakme Fashion Week, hosted numerous exhibits, given motivational speeches at entrepreneurial summits, and won the Vogue Fashion Fund 2015. To top it all off, both founders were featured in the Forbes India 30 Under 30 List in 2016.
Today, Outhouse is beloved and worn by Indian fashion icons such as Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, and Nargis Fakri; in addition to global style icons like Sienna Miller, Ashley Louis James, and Tyra Banks.

Valliyan was established in 2008 by Nitya Arora as one of India’s first luxury fashion jewelry labels. Nitya, a fashion design graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, was just 21 when she founded the label. The South Bombay native was largely influenced and inspired by the art deco architecture prevalent in the region. She works with semi-precious stones, glass, crystals, metals, acrylic, wood, and rare materials, all combined with gold plating for the jewelry.
Valliyan’s accessories have been spotted on celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Priyanka Chopra, Frida Pinto, and many more. The designer’s philosophy merges Indian luxury and spirituality with international aesthetics, inspired by Nitya’s worldwide travels. The jewelry manages to be meaningful, bold, and fun all at once, with plenty of bright colors and textures. All Valliyan designs are handmade entirely in India and exude the charm of bygone eras with a relevance to modern fashion and a promise of the future.
Jewellery by Astha Jagwani fuses European influences with Indian designs and silhouettes to create unique and statement pieces. Astha’s work is inspired by the Islamic architecture throughout the decades, from the art deco and art nouveau Mashrabiya patterns found in Arabic woodwork to the Jalis found in the gates and windows of old Jaipur.
The luxury jewelry designer has grown rapidly since its conception in a workshop in London, where Astha Jagwani created her first collection, Reflections. She has a workshop in Jaipur, where her products are handcrafted by artisans. Each piece weaves the contemporary with the classic, evolving from an engaging story and a great deal of research. Astha Jagwani’s goal is to provide flawless workmanship, utilizing the techniques of Indian craftsmanship and applying them to modern silhouettes. The brand’s philosophy celebrates the diversity of cultures while creating a unique aesthetic that appeals to global audiences.
Today, Astha Jagwani’s designs are featured regularly in magazines like Harper’s Bazaar and worn by fashion icons like Tyra Banks, Nargis Fakhri, Bipasha Basu, Sonakshi Sinha, Karisma, and Kareena Kapoor.
Mirakin was established in 2014 as India’s first 3D printed luxury jewelry manufacturer. This disruptive, revolutionary brand aims to provide the perfect piece of jewelry for every taste.
After over two years of research, designing, and perfecting their model, Mirakin successfully came up with a way to cater to jewelry lovers’ desires without breaking the bank. This process includes advanced 3D printing and creating everything in-house, from sketching to manufacturing. Every piece of Mirakin jewelry is conceptualized in Japan and hand-finished with love in India.
Luxury handmade jewelry designer, Eurumme, was established by Eishita Puri in late 2015 and is based in New Delhi, India. The name “Eurumme” (pronounced like “YOUR-um”), was derived by merging the Latin word for gold, “Aurum,” and the initial of founder Eishita’s first name. Eurumme’s core philosophy is that “Imperfect is Beautiful.”
All statement jewelry by Eurumme is handcrafted and reflects a raw, natural style, meaning no two pieces are alike. Semi-precious stones and metals, together with plating and electroplating, are combined to produce a piece of imperfectly perfect jewelry that emanates beauty and finesse. Eurumme believes that jewelry should reflect one’s inner-self and, with that in mind, offers something for every woman.
